Welcome to One on One

Oh Hey Didn’t See You There

I honestly love the people that I work with. If it weren’t for my co-workers, I probably wouldn’t get out of bed in the morning…literally. I have a carpool that texts, calls, and gives inspirational speeches to help me drag my lifeless body out of bed and into the car by 7:45. And it doesn’t stop there. I don’t know anyone that gets personal street fighter tutorials from friends in their IT department or gets basketball coaching while playing endless PIG tournaments on the indoor basketball court. I once wanted to win a PIG tournament so bad that a co-worker spent the majority of his lunch break just re-bounding basketballs and showing me how to shoot.

These people have become some of my best friends over the past year. From saving skunks trapped in a trash can to flash mobbing office meetings there has never been a dull moment. Which is why it is so hard to see some of them go.

Over the past six months, a lot of my closest friends have graduated from the doors of One on One. In memory of the good times, here is a video I made of some of those co-workers I would consider to be company “legends.” Who needs boring, life-less employees when you could be hanging with the best of One on One?

    Carly,

So I saw your audition video on the Mormon Bachelor site this morning and I thought to myself, this girl is BY FAR the coolest girl that has auditioned so far. Somehow this whole Mormon Bachelor thing has got me sucked in and my husband thinks I’m a loser for it, but I don’t care. Your video made me secretly wish we were BFF so I made sure to write Kent a little comment to tell him you’ve got my vote. Kent is a looker so good luck with that! Well anyways I thought you were hilarious so I decided to check out your blog that you mentioned. You looked really familiar and then I read that you went to BYU-I and so did I so considering the size of Rexburg, I’m sure I must have seen you around. Then I started reading some of your posts and your flash mob post made me laugh, especially because I knew one of the guys sitting at the table right in front of the camera man. I laughed as he awkwardly watched/ tried not to watch you guys dancing! THEN I noticed that my cousin and her husband have both commented on your blog (Jasmine and Chase Sagum) THEN I noticed Chase in this work video as well as an old roommate of mine Katelyn Barnwell!!! What the Heck?! Alright, so I kind of feel like a stalker at the moment, but I just felt like there were far too many coincidences for me not to write you a quick note and say hi. So to sum it all up, good luck with Kent (Jasmine and I just got off the phone and we’re rooting for you), and I thoroughly enjoyed reading your blog so you’ve got a new follower!
